A process has been worked on for over 2 years by one of the UKs finest DNA laboratory's to produce a patented process to create this stunning one of a kind gift.
Complete with sterling chain and certificate
An 18 inch cable chain or leather necklace is included with your purchase. However you can choose to order a different necklace when sending the DNA sample back. You will also receive a signed certificate from the DNA laboratory verifying that the DNA in your Pendant is actually from your loved one and is genuine. At any time the DNA in the pendant can be tested. It really is REAL DNA. |

How DNA samples are taken
Taking a sample of DNA from yourself, loved one or child is easier than brushing your teeth. A DNA extraction kit will be sent to you within 24hrs of placing your order. Once the kit arrives the DNA is extracted using a simple cotton bud inside the mouth. Then simply place the cotton bud into the collection tube, fill in the order form and return it in the pre paid envelope to a professional certified DNA laboratory. Once the gift has been produced it is sent direct to you. All postage is paid on purchase of gift.

The Science bit
Firstly the DNA is extracted (this is a painless process and does not require a blood sample or needles and is done by you in your own home, so relax and read on) then the DNA sample is then purified and cleaned. Next the DNA is then replicated (nothing like cloning so don't worry! We wont be producing hundreds of clones of you) Now there is enough of the DNA to see. Then the DNA is dyed one of 9 stunning colours of your choice.
Once the DNA has been dyed the colour of choice, the DNA is placed in the channels of a sterling silver double helix. This is then set in acrylic to ensure DNA does not get damaged. The pedant is made complete by crowning the glass vial with a sterling silver cap. A heart-shaped charm can be added to the pendant, so you can engrave your loved ones name on the back. |
