The Lancet Infectious Diseases on the 11 August 2010 identified a new gene; this is referred to NDM1(New Delhi metallo-ß-lactamase-1); These NDM1 are ESBL (Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase) VIRUSOLVE+ has already tested against the new E. Coli ESBL strain. Tests prove VIRUSOLVE+ destroyed 99.999% of this new superbug in 1 minute!
WHAT IS ESBL
ESBL - Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase,are enzymes that have developed a high resistance to antibiotics such as cefuroxime, cefotaxime and ceftazidime - which are the most widely used antibiotics. ESBL enzymes are most commonly produced by Escherichia coli (E. coli) Bacteria.
ESBL infections need to be controlled by advanced yet safe biocidal disinfectants which are proven to destroy this new threat dead in its tracks.
The manufactures of the unique product VIRUSOLVE+ looked at the potential threat of the new "superbug" strain of E.Coli in 2007. Although little was known, it was identified as a future "super bug" infection, which could have global implications. Testing was undertaken to make ready a proven solution for this super resistance E. Coli ESBL bacteria.
VIRUSOLVE+ IS proven to destroy the new ESBL strain of E.coli, and we can prove this as fact.
ViRUSafe provide all our clients including healthcare and sensitive laboratory environments the relevant test data to prove how effective the VIRUSOLVE+ product is against Bacteria, Viruses, Spores, Fungi and Mycobacterium.
Believing product labels claiming to destroy 99% of all bacteria is now an out dated concept and is unacceptable. Documented test data should be required as the evidence to the relevant EN/BS standards.
